     Funeral Services are Held
     Wednesday Afternoon for
              W. R. Williams
                                 ___________
     Funeral services for William Richmond Williams, 80 of Greenleaf were held Wednesday afternoon at the Friends' church in Greenleaf with the Reverends, ? T. Moore and C. I. Person officiating.  Interment was in the Canyon Hill cemetery.
     Mr. Williams had been a resident of the Greenleaf community for the past 21 years.  Farming was his occupation.  He died at a local hospital Monday night following an illness of several weeks.
     Surviving are two sons, L. A. Williams, principal of the Caldwell high school, and Letus of ? ?, Caldwell; one daughter Mrs. Anna Strother of Storey ? ?; one sister, Mrs. Malinda ? of Grinnell, Iowa; four brothers, Isaiah of Greenleaf, J. A. of Oskaloosa, Iowa, Thomas E. of ?, Iowa, and J. F. of Santa ?, California.
