Idaho Vital Records-How to (Official Request form)
The state of Idaho began keeping birth and death records in 1911. It began keeping marriage and divorce records in 1947. For earlier records look in the county where the event occurred.The fee for obtaining birth, death, marriage, and divorce records is now $13.00.
Besides including the full name or names, with the woman's maiden name, the date and place, your relationship to the person or persons, & your signature, you also need a photocopy of a picture ID. There is no refund for a negative search.
