Ron Bluemer of Granville will present "Rally Round the Flag" from his book of the same title, which is based primarily on the letters sent home from the Civil War battlefields and camps by the Union soldiers from the Tri-County area. Ron has taught history for many years and has written 12 books on the history of the Illinois Valley.
