Membership
Benefits
Membership is open to anyone interested in genealogy. Membership benefits include:
- Six newsletters per year
- Informative monthly meetings
- Educational speakers
- Individual help
- Reduced research fees for members
Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month January-October at 7:00 p.m. at our Society’s Library (˝ block north of the Courthouse), Princeton, Illinois. A combined meeting is held for November/December on either the fifth Thursday in November or the first Thursday in December. Meetings begin with a brief business meeting followed by a speaker.
Membership Dues
Annual dues are $15.00 for individual membership or $17.00 for family membership. Our membership year runs from January 1 to December 31. Those who join during the year will receive all the past newsletters for that year. Please make checks payable to the Bureau County Genealogical Society. Send dues with a membership application form to:
