LAST WILL & TESTAMENT of EPHRIAM SAPP

In the name of God, Amen: I Ephriam Sapp of the town of Wyanet in the County of Bureau and State of  Illinois of the age of seventy three years in January one thousand eight hundred and seventy eight and  being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, in the  manner following that is to say:

 First I give and bequeath to my wife Mary Sapp the use of all of my real estate personal estate, goods  and chattels during her natural life, to be accepted and received by her in lieu of dower to my son  Isaac, deceased, his heir (Ephriam) the sum of one hundred dollars, to my daughter Lydia Two  Hundred dollars, to my daughter Sarah one hundred dollars, to my daughter Aner one hundred dollars,  to my son William Henry one hundred dollars, to my son Samuel, deceased, one hundred dollars, to my  daughter Lottie one hundred dollars, to my son Levi one hundred dollars: to my daughter Mary  Catherine one hundred dollars, to my daughter Susan Matilda One hundred dollars. Which said several  legacies or sums of money I direct and order to be paid to the said respective legatees written one year  after the decease of my said wife Mary.

Secondly I give and devise all the rest, residue and remainder of my real estate personal estate goods  and chattels of every name and nature whatsoever, to my daughter Sarah, to my daughter Aner, to my  son William Henry, to my daughter Lottie, to my daughter Mary Catherine and to my daughter Susan  Matilda to be divided equally between them, share and share alike. And lastly:

Thirdly I hereby appoint my wife Mary sole executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by one made.

 The above instrument consisting of one sheet was at the date thereof signed, sealed, published and  declared by the said Ephriam Sapp as and for his last will and testament, in presence of us, who at this time request and in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

Leah Stoner Deceased

To the Hon. J. R. Prichard, Judge of the county court of Bureau County, Ill.

The undersigned Petitioner Louis A. Zearing
Respectfully represents that  Leah Stoner who  was at the time of her death a resident of the County of Bureau and the State of Illinois, departed this life at Princeton, in Bureau County, State of Illinois, on or about the 11th  day of October, A.D., 1924, leaving a last will and Testament as believed by the petitioner, duly signed and published by said Decendent and subscribed by A.W.. Anderson, now residing at Princeton, Illinois and Eunuch Colander, now residing at Princeton, Illinois as attesting witness to the execution thereof: which said purported Will  is herewith presented to your Honor for probate:

Your Petitioner further represents that  said Decendent left her surviving, the following named persons as her only heirs at law, and legatees and devisees and distributes of her Estate related to her and residing respectively, so far as shown below, viz:
