Welcome to CAGG-NI

CAGG-NI is a group of amateur genealogists who are attempting to more effectively leverage computers in support of their research activities.  A variety of genealogy software packages are used by the membership – Ancestral QuestTM (AQ), Brother's Keeper®, Bygones, Clooz®, Family Origins® (FO, FOWIN), Family Tree Maker® (FTM, FTW), GedStar®, GenboxTM, GenSmartsTM, Legacy Family Tree®, Personal Ancestral File® (PAF), Pocket GenealogistTM, Reunion®, RootsMagicTM, The Master GenealogistTM (TMG) and others. 

Monthly meeting topics cover a broad range of subjects of interest in supporting genealogical activities including software, tools, techniques and methodologies.  Additionally, monthly newsletters, free support from mentors for both computer and genealogy issues and Internet surname exposure are among the benefits of membership
