Norfolk
& Western Railroad's class 'J' series locomotive 611 arrives in
Taylorville at the depot August 27, 1983.
About 300 persons from the community showed up to greet the train on the Wabash Cannonball run.
The J-611 was built in Roanoke, Virginia in 1950.
