JOHNSON family, who lived on Shoal Creek, Ill.. Joseph was born
in Va., moved to Butler Co., Kentucky. Married Sarah PITMAN,
7-10-1816. One son named James C. was born here around 1829.
Joseph stayed here for about two years, then moved back to

HATHAWAY-brother Cephus HATHAWAY of Beckmeyer Illinois. James
Lloyd Hathaway deserted from Morgan County Indiana around 1900.
FIECKER, FEICKER, or FICKER, Bernard W. and
wife?, born in Germany about 1822. They were on the IL Census of
Clinton Co. with children, Gerhard, Mary, Bernard, and Willy.
Another Bern. FIECKER lived near them, His family on the same
census was his wife, Adeleid, and children,Helena, Henry, John,
Joseph, Willy. Bernard Sr. and his wife came to the Usa in 1845,
and one of their children was born while crossing the ocean. Her
name was Teresia, born March 10, 1845. She married Christoph
HAGEN, of France. They lived in St. Clair County, IL, near
Hecker. If you have information about the FIECKER or HAGEN

the Jacob BICART family. His French name was Jacques PICARD.
Jacques BICART immigrated to St. Louis and then Clinton Co,
living in Carlyle, Wheatfield Township. Jacques PICARD married
Elisabeth Burgund in France and had the following children in
France with the last two being born in Missouri and Illinois
respectively. Their children: Angelique b. 18 June 1847 m. John
Schnelle, Pierre or Peter who took the last name of BIGARD b. 1
Apr 1849 m. Mary Raef, Ste. Marie,Jasper Co. IL 1881, Madeline
m. Robert Griffiths and had no children, Jean b & d. 1853,
Catharine b. 4 Dec 1854, Michael b. 23 Feb 1856, Catharine b.
1858 and d. 1862 drowned on ocean voyage, Joseph b. 10 Oct 1860
m. Mary Magdalene Raef in Mattoon, Coles Co., IL, Mary b. 08 Aug
1872 m. Thomas F. Johnson and moved to Canada, and Anna Bessie
b. 02 May 1874 single.
