The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) is a lineage society devoted to the preservation of history, the fostering of patriotism, and the promotion of education. Its 3,000 chapters largely carry out the work of the Society. To become a member of the NSDAR a woman must prove blood descent from a person who rendered patriotic service during the American Revolution, and she must be at least 18 years old. For more information about our membership, visit the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution site.
Visit our Illinois NSDAR site.
