USGenWeb policy prohibits lookup volunteers from infringing on copyright, so please do not ask for large quantities of information, information on multiple people, or Xerox copies of pages from the resources.
Feel free to request a look-up from the listed resources. These folks are "volunteers" which means they offer there services with no charges (not even for copies!!!). If you find that anyone listed on this page is charging for their expenses, please email the Cook County ILGenWeb Genealogy coordinator so that the entry can be moved to our "Lookups who charge for their expense reimbursement only" page.
Please limit your request to one or two names per request. Please put COOK COUNTY LOOKUP in the subject line of your request to ensure the message is not overlooked or accidentally deleted. In the first line of the message please put the subject of the email you are sending.
