Martin Karr: A gardener employed by the Calumet Memorial Park in West Hammond Illinois, Now Calumet City Ill. Met his death accidentally, about 3 pm Jan 8, 1924. When he fell from a ladder on which he was trimming a tree branch. Death was instantaneous and was caused by a broken neck, sustined in the fall. Martin Karr who lived at 311 State Street in Calumet City Illinois. Leaves a wife Centi (Hessler) Karr and 8 children.
