NOTE FROM CONTRIBUTOR: This weekend my Mother gave me one thing she had saved: "The Golden Anniversary Book of St. Anne's Hospital School of Nursing". I just recently learned that St. Anne's is no longer open. However, it was in 1963 when they celebrated their 50th Anniversary and published "Our Alumnae". It lists every graduate from the first graduating class (1916) until 1963, with names, married names, short bios and addresses (as of 1963). The bio's in the "Our Alumnae" consist of a short summary of work history and number of children/grandchildren (no names) of graduates that were alive in 1963. No information is given on graduates that were deceased by 1963. Surname in upper case is the name at the time of graduation, the surname in lower case is the married name.
