Vandalia- Mrs. Robert (Mayna E. CROTSER) BEARDEN, 74, of Vandalia died 12:05 p.m. Tuesday (June 14, 1988) in Fayette County Hospital, Vandalia. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery, Vandalia. Mrs. BEARDEN was born in Gilman City, Mo., daughter of George and Lottie CROTSER. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Vandalia, Melrose Chapter of Order of the Eastern Star, Sharon Unit and Fayette County Farm Bureau of Home Extension. She married Robert BEARDEN Sr. in 1933. He died in 1973. Surviving are her sons, Robert Jr. of Colorado Springs, Colo.; daughters, Mrs. Ed (Karen) KISTLER of Altamont; Sharon BEARDEN of Oreana; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. One daughter preceded her in death.
