Open to Christian, Shelby, Fayette and Montgomery counties only.

One entry to each class and all exhibitors must be Growers.  Entries close Aug. 24th . The entry form must be postmark by or before Aug. 24th.  All exhibitors must purchase an Exhibitor Ticket.  Entries must be in place by Wednesday  Sept. 2, 11:00 a.m. and Judging will begin at 1:00p.m.  The entry must be arranged by the Exhibitor, but not necessarily grown by them.  No WATER CONTAINERS will be furnished by the fairgrounds.  All arrangements must be made up in advance and ready to place in exhibition before bringing to the fair.  No silk or dried flowers unless stated.  You can and will be disqualified if you don’t follow the descriptions for each category.  Any arrangement, plant or individual specimen  may be moved by the Superintendents if more  or better display space is needed.  No exhibitor will be allowed on the floor after the exhibits have been placed until the judge has finished.  Anyone having received a best of show in plant division, may not enter the same plant for a period of 3 years.  All plants must be accompanied by their own foliage.  All entries must stay until release time Monday, Sept. 7, 3:00 p.m.  The Superintendents have the right to refuse any exhibitor.  Not responsible for lost, broken or stolen items!!

487. FLAPPER- One of the American Women:  Use all silk flowers, featuring an antique hat and or   feathers
488. I love a Parade- An arrangement using a wheeled object as the center of interest, with Roses.
489. Capture for me some Starlight or bits of falling Rain- an arrangement using a watering can.
490. Get out the Picnic Basket and set the things aright- Wild flowers or weeds using a basket as a container.
491. A light in the Night- Crescent arrangement using candle or candles.
492. Old Glory- Arrangement in a glass bowl using Red, White and Blue flowers.
493. Silent Stars Go By- Fresh flowers & using glitter in an round container.
494. Golden Anniversary- Yellow and White flowers with anything that has to do with the Fair (like Ferris Wheel, a Horse, stuff animal, ect…)
