I got an e-mail asking if there wasn't some way to create a jump to the bottom of the page. This page has gotten awfully long, and is going to get longer (if I keep doing it the way I've been). Some don't use the Surname Index, and prefer to scroll the queries. However, they really want to see the latest queries, since they've already seen all the old ones. (Some they probably know by heart). Sooooo.....will try to accommodate! For one, click July Link to go to the queries that were posted in July....from there we are going to have another page, starting with all the August Queries, and depending on how much traffic we get in here (queries) it will hold up for the balance of this year. Myrtle was a School Teacher at Hog Creek School in Beecher City. It was
not certain that Yerkey was Myrtles last name, since their marriage certificate
showed her last name to be Riley. Myrtle and Burl had 3 children born to
them. Their first Ralph Thomas McNeely b: Sep 16, 1899 Viola Adelina b:Aug
2, 1901and Harold Omar b:Aug 20, 1906. A miscarriage of one child in 1903.
Myrtle died of 'Consumption' in late 1907, or early 1908. Myrtles
grandmother, Rosa Yerkey lived in Moccoson. Any information will

MATHENY
I am looking for Peter/William/John MATHENY in 1830. I have heard
that they
migrated to Fayette County after 1820, but were back in Tennessee by
1840. I would
be interested in any MATHENY's during that time period. Thank you so
much.
