General membership meetings will be held at 9:30 a.m. on the third Saturday of January, March, May, September and November.

On March 9, 2013, we will be sponsoring a booth--Grandpa's Garage--at the Fox Lake Home and Business Expo. The Expo will be held at Grant High School, 285 E. Grand Avenue, Fox Lake, IL from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Admission is free. Stop by our booth to see our displays.

In conjunction with 4th of July celebrations, an old-fashioned pie and ice cream social will be held on Sunday, July 7, 2013, at Grant Hall Museum, 411 Washington Street, Ingleside, IL. Ice cream and root beer floats provided by Miller's Dog N Suds.

On October 13, 2013, we will be hosting an antique appraisal luncheon at Maravelas. Tickets include lunch and appraisal of one item for the first 60 people. Call 847/587-0544 for further information.

All Historical Society meetings are held at Grant Hall Museum, 411 Washington Street., Ingleside. All meetings are open and free to the public.

Grant Hall Museum is closed in January and will re-open on the first and third Sundays of every month starting in February from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Special tours on request - call 847/587-0544.
