The assembly was called to order by J. W. Wight missionary in charge and presided during the session.  R. S. Salyards of the Lamoni Stake Presidency acted as Secty.

 Hymn No. 1 was sung, Prayer by I. N. White.

The Secretary called the list of those to compose the Branch membership.  The secretary read list of nominees selected by missionary in charge and stake Presidency as follow:--D. C. White President; Edward G. Harp presiding priest, Frank Kaestner as presiding teacher; Gus Bergman as presiding deacon.  The assembly were asked if they desired to present any other nominations.  By separate motion they were accepted by vote of the assembly.  Bro. Arthur J. Heide and Gus Bergman junior were nominated for clerk of the branch;--the vote rested as follows:--Arthur J. Heide 18, Gus Bergman 2:  Bro. Sim Stanley was nominated as Treasurer, also Gus Bergman Jr. motion rested Stanley 12; Bergman 1: Gus Bergman Jr. was elected member of Library Board.  Nominations were made for chorister and organist.  Edward G. Harp was ordained a priest by I. N. White, D. C. White.  Frank Kaestner was ordained a teacher by R. S. Salyards & H. N. Snively.  Gus Bergman was ordained a deacon by D. C. White and I N. White.

By motion of Branch the branch was named Andover Branch.

On motion a collection was taken to meet expenses of record book etc:-the sum of $3.75 was raised.
Bro. D. C. White the president addressed the assembly concerning his duties and the work to be done.

By motion there was to be no meeting for the next two Sundays on account of General Conference.
