NOTE: This is the home of the MICROFILM  DONATED BY JACKSONVILLE-JOURNAL COURIER to the library..  The newspaper files on microfilm dating from 1830 (scattered issues on early dates ) to present.The public has access to this film and can obtain a copy of the item wanted for a nominal sum.  There is NO OBITUARY FILE, thus to save research time you will need burial day, month, year of deceased person you wish the information for.
  The Jacksonville Public Library will do research for a fee of $10.00 or more.
