Research Request Information

   In order to fulfill the many requests for information more efficiently, our library staff has adopted a new research policy. Research volunteers will do specific family look-ups from the society holdings. Every effort will be made to mail a response within sixty days.
   The request forms are incorporated into this web site. They may be printed and mailed with payment. Before you print the Research Request Forms be sure to set the the top, bottom, left and right margins to .5 inches by using Page Setup. This insures that each page is printed on one sheet of paper. The print out of the Research Form will print three pages.
   The cost for each source researched for one individual will be $5.00 for members or $6.00 for non-members. The fee includes research time, photocopies of applicable items found, and return postage. Do NOT send a SASE. NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN.
   The total cost will be calculated according to the number of items you have checked on the Research Request Form FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL TO BE RESEARCHED.

NOTE: Requests for a complete search of every record in our library for one individual will be done for a fee of $25 for members and $30 for non-members. We hope to serve to your satisfaction, but even if our search does not find your individual, you will be notified and a log of the sources searched will be provided.
