The burial place is listed as: Fields, Jefferson Co. IL. & burial in Mission Chapel.  
I did not find a Mission Chapel Cemetery on the JCI web site so I just searched thru 
all the cemeteries in Field Twp. & finally found her listed in Union Chapel Cemetery.
