Peace, or any Licensed or Ordained Preacher of the Gospel, who is a Citizens of  
the United States, or who is a Resident of and who is a Pastor of any Church 
in  this State, to SOLEMNIZE MARRIAGE between [Lee Jackson Donoho] of [Bluford] 
in  the County of [Jefferson] and the State of [Illinois] who is [of] the age 
of  twenty-one years; and [Louise Lane] of [Bluford] in the County of
