Peace, or any Licensed or Ordained Preacher of the Gospel, who is a Citizens of  
the United States, or who is a Resident of and who is a Pastor of any Church 
in  this State, to SOLEMNIZE MARRIAGE between [George Elmer Kissner] of

age of  twenty-one years; and [Cecil Irene Haynes] of [Bluford] in the County
