Parents of Dix Man Perish in Texas Tragedy

Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Birdsong parents of Ancel Birdsong of Dix will be buried at a double funeral service in Grapevine, Texas, Sunday. They were killed Wednesday in an explosion which blew up the Fort Worth apartment house in which they lived. Two of their sons were injured.

Gas leaking from a hot water heater was the cause of the tragedy.
