SERVICES TODAY FOR CORA R. HODGE

Mrs. Cora Robinson HODGE, 89, 307 S. Poplar St., Sesser, died at 11:30 a.m. 
Friday in her daughter's home. She lived with her daughter, Mrs. Sybble HAMMONDS. 
She had been ill several years.

Mrs. HODGE was born Aug. 28, 1871, in Franklin County. Her
parents were K.B. and Malinda LEWIS BATES.

She leaves daughter Mrs. HAMMONDS, Mrs. Rella NEWBERRY, Mrs.Alta NUNLEY, 
Mrs. Delia BRADEN, all of Sesser; sons Leslie ROBINSON of Sesser, Olen ROBINSON 
of Brownfield; brothers Noah and Edmond, both of Sesser; sisters Mrs. Rachel STOCKTON 
and Mrs. Lula TUCKER, both of Sesser; 26 grandchildren; 86 great-grandchildren and 23
great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today at Brayfield Funeral Home, Sesser, where 
friends may call. The Rev. Bill CHRISTOFF, Sesser Baptist Church, will officiate, assisted
by the Rev. McKinley CRABTREE, Sesser Christian Church. Burial will be in Waltonville Cemetery.
