Issac Allen Hughey

  
Isaac Allen Hughey, eldest son of Dr. Wm. A. and Lois Hughey 
was born Feb. 8, 1864 and died at his home near Belle Rive 
April 22, 1915.

He leaves behind his widow, Hester Flint Hughy to whom he was 
married January 15, 1888; his mother, Mrs Lois Hughey of Kansas City;
three brothers, Thos. L., and B. F., of Kansas City; and John S. of 
Belle Rive; two sisters, Mrs Jas. Womelduff and Mrs. Luman Holder of 
Kansas City.

His father, Dr. Wm. A. Hughey and two sisters Sarah Belldona and Mrs. 
Lois Lenora Shipley have preceded him to the glory world.

Mr. Hughey professed faith in Christ about three weeks ago and passed 
away in perfect peace, falling asleep as it were in the arms of Jesus.

He was a kind and obedient son, an affectionate, true friend who leaves 
behind many real friends that will remember his good qualities much longer 
than his shortcomings.
