Mrs. Matilda Hutchison dies at age 97 years

Mrs. Matilda T. Hutchison of 213 Main St., died at 8:00 o'clock last night 
at the Stull Nursing Home at the age of 97 years, six months and 14 days.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel of the 
Pulley Funeral Home, the Rev. J. W. Ditterline [?] will officiate and burial 
will be in Oakwood cemetery.

The body will remain at the Pulley Funeral Home, where friends may call after 
6:00 p.m. Tuesday.  

Mrs. Hutchison was born November 27, 1858 in Delaware, Ohio.  Her husband, 
J.L. Hutchison, preceded her in death.  Mrs. Hutchison was a member of the 
Epworth Methodist church.

She is survived by two sons, John and Homer, both of Mt. Vernon; two daughters, 
Essa Harmon of Mt. Vernon and Jessie McFatridge of Princeton, Ind.; 13 grandchildren, 
20 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Her parents, five brothers and two sons preceded her in death.
