George Rapp

RAPP, George died a 7:45 o'clock Sunday morning at his home, 
308 South Second Street, at the age of 85 years and 29 days.  
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Myers Chapel, 
with the Rev. Bird GREEN officiating, and burial will be in Pleasant 
Hill Cemetery.  The body will remain at Myers Chapel, where friends 
may call after 3:00 p.m. today. 

Mr. RAPP was born March 1, 1867.  He was married to Dicey OSBORN, 
who survives.  Mrs. RAPP was a lifetime resident of Jefferson County.  
Besides his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Sarah ASHBAUGH 
of Kansas City; a half-brother, John LANCE of Cravat; three grandchildren 
and 14 grandchildren.
