James N."Artie" Rightnowar

James N. "Artie" Rightnowar, 66, of Bonnie
died 4:03 a.m. Jan. 4, 2006, at St. Mary’s Good Samaritan
Hospital in Mt. Vernon. 

He was born April 20, 1939, in Jefferson County, a son
of James W. and Lucille (Peterson) Rightnowar. 

He married Colleen (Jeffries) Rightnowar June 27, 1959,
at Bonnie United Methodist Church; she survives.

Mr. Rightnowar was retired from General Tire in Mt.

Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Saturday at
Johnston Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, with David Shores
officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Memorial Cemetery in
Mt. Vernon. 

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Johnston
Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. 

Mr. Rightnowar is survived by his wife, Colleen
Rightnowar of Bonnie; two daughters, Angela Dawn Fulkerson
and husband Steve of Bonnie and Sherry Renee Clark and
husband Doug of Opdyke; four grandsons, Jason Fulkerson and
special friend Kecia Allen of Bonnie, Justin Fulkerson of
Bonnie and special friend Charla Shurtz of Scheller, Shane
Clark of Opdyke and Cody Clark of Opdyke; two brothers, Tom
Rightnowar and wife Carol of Bonnie and Charles Rightnowar
and special friend Paula Connaway of Mt. Vernon; several
nieces and nephews and sisters-in-law; and his special pet,

Mr. Rightnowar was preceded in death by his parents; two
brothers, Garry Dean Rightnowar and Larry Gene Rightnowar;
and a sister, Millie Lynn Zumwalt.
