Zora Standerfer
Mrs. Zora Standerfer, wife of J.C. Standerfer, died at 10:45 O'clock 
this morning at her home on RFD 7, Mt. Vernon. Her age was 70 years, 
two months and three days.

Mrs. Standerfer was born March 2, 1880 in Frankin county the daughter 
of Bud and Fannie (Bliss) Williams.
In 1903 she was married in Franklin county to J. C. Standerfer, who survives.
She was a member of Logan Street Baptist church.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Edna Jones of Waltonville 
and Irene Atkinson of Bonnie; three sons, Ralph and George of Bluford and Harold 
of Mt. Vernon; a step-daughter, Eva Moore of Mt. Vernon; and three sisters, 
Anna Allen of Waverly, Ill. and Bertha Whittington and Pearl Williams of Ewing; 
three brothers, Frank Williams of Benton and Everett and Loren Williams of Ewing; 
17 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

A daughter, Bernadine and a step-son, Paul Standerfer, preceded her in death.

The body was taken to Myers Chapel.
