Elnora Bumpus Whisenhunt dies at age 67 years, 

Mrs. Elnora Bumpus Whisenhunt 67, died at 6:00 a.m. today at
the Quinn Nursing Home, 909 Oakland Avenue
        
Mrs. Whisenhunt was born in 1884 Jefferson County, the daughter
of Nathan and Henrietta ( Fitzjerrells) Bumpus.
She was married to William Whisenhunt, who preceded her in
death.
      
Surviving are two brothers, Ernest and Albert Bumpus of Mt.
Vernon and a half sister, Mrs. Nancy Adams of Mr. Vernon.
      
Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Myers
Chapel, with the Rev. W. E. Shaffer officiating; and burial 
will be in Round  Knoll Cemetery, in Spring Garden Township.
     
The Body will remain at Myers Chapel, where friends may call at
any time after 4:00pm Friday
