Beulah J. Williams Beulah J. (Rector) McDaniels Williams Beulah J. Williams, 84, of Texico died 1:30 p.m. Oct. 26, 1999 at St. Mary's/Good Samaritan, Mt. Vernon. Mrs. Williams was retired from International Shoe Company in Mt. Vernon. She was born Aug. 24, 1915 in Divide to Arthur and Louise (Lisenby) Rector. On Aug. 8, 1934, she married Faris McDaniels; he died Nov. 28, 1963. She married August Williams on July 20, 1965; he died Jan. 21, 1994. Services will be held 1 p.m. Friday at Osborn Funeral Home in Dix, with the Rev. John Ashby officiating. Burial will be in Union Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Survivors include four nieces, Darlene Mount of Mt. Vernon, Pauline Hanson of Granite City, Imogene Easley of Missouri and Dorothy Estes of Mt. Vernon, Ind.; three nephews, Donald Taylor of Texico, Ray Eller of Sesser and Bobby Whitson of Houston, Texas; a sister, Bessie Taylor of Dix; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. Mrs. Williams was a member of Union Chapel Methodist Chu! rch. She had attended Center School in Field Township. In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Ruby Whitson and Flossie Eller and two infant brothers, Everett and Harold Rector.
