Calvin Williams

Calvin WILLIAMS, a well-to-do and influential farmer, of Webber Township, 
died of heart failure at his home, 8 miles northeast of Mt. Vernon, at 3 o'clock 
this morning. Deceased had been in failing health for a considerable time past but 
did not complain on going to bed last night of feeling especially unwell and his 
family did not regard his condition as being all critical. He arose about 3 o'clock 
this morning to build a fire and in his efforts to carry out his object fell over and 
almost instantly expired. The funeral will probably take place tomorrow at Mt. Zion Church, 
in Farrington Township.
