State ofIllinois Jefferson County November the 24th in the year of our lord 1847 

Know all persons by these presence that I now do will a note on James A Atkinson for 

fifty dollars baring interest at the rate of twelve per cent from date 

My part of my Mother Margret McCreight estate equally divided between John McCreight 

Mary McKee and Mathew McCreight After my death the balance including the following notes to (?) one on 

Bennat N Maxeys Estate 

and one on James C Overbey 

and one Downing Baugh 

The above stated going to Mathew McCreight 

My bed and furniture to my sister Mary McKee at my death 

The last will and testament of Martha McCreight Sind in the presence of her Martha McCreight (her mark)
