Mother of God Church, Waukegan

Mother of God Church was formed in 1903 as a national parish. It originally served Slovenes, Croatians, Slovaks, and Bohemians. In 1906 a school was built. In 1978 the parish celebrated a Diamond Jubilee.

The Family History Library has filmed some sacramental records for Mother of God Church. The microfilms are available for rent through a local family history center.
