SAMUEL CODY DEAD
Samuel Cody, one of LaSalle county's earliest settlers, died at his home in Freedom township at 8 o'clock yesterday morning of heart disease, aged 84 years. He was an uncle of Buffalo Bill Cody, and leaves a wife, two sons and two daughters.
