Catherine Marie Ludwig, 80, of Alexander, died early
Sunday morning, June 16, 2002, at Passavant Area Hospital in Jacksonville.
She was born Sept. 22, 1921, in Ashland, the daughter of Edward J. and Anna Aggertt McGraw. She married James J. Ludwig Oct. 30, 1950, in Ashland, and he preceded her in death in 1993.
She is survived by two sisters, Anna J. Bordenkircher of Mount Sterling and Frances G. McGraw of Springfield; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Mrs. Ludwig lived in the Alexander area most of her adult life. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Church of the Visitation B.V.M. in Alexander and the Visitation Altar Society.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Church of the Visitation B.V.M. in Alexander, with burial at St. Augustine Cemetery in Ashland. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the McCullough-Delaney Funeral Home in New Berlin. Memorials are suggested to the Church of the Visitation B.V.M. in Alexander or to St. Augustine Cemetery Fund.
