Mrs. Ida Mae Liles [Lisles] Meek, 75, of South Roxana died at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, 1980 at Alton Memorial Hospital.

Born in Carrollton May 2, 1906, she was a daughter of Noak [Noah] and Minnie Smith Liles. She married Clarence Meek of Carrollton and he died Dec. 15, 1978.

Two brothers and a sister preceded her in death.

Visitation was Saturday from 10 a.m. to time of service at Airsman-Hires Funeral Home in Carrollton at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Richard Steinbach of the Assembly of God Church officiating.

Casketbearers were David Schafer of Rosewood Heights, Vincent Nowaski of Roxana, Jeff Nowaski, Larry Nowaski, and Paul Roberts of South Roxana, and Adolph Otto of Jerseyville.
