This cemetery is in Patterson Township, about one mile north of Patterson
on the east side of the road between that settlement and Glasgow.
Location: Section 18, Township 12 North, Range 13 West, 3rd Principal Meredian.
Edna Secrest wrote the following to Florence: "This cemetery is named Rawlins Cemetery because of the following will: "First, I desire my body to be decently buried in a piece of ground now used as a burying ground on the NorthWest corner of Section Eighteen in Township Twelve North of Range Twelve West of the third principal meridian being the same tract on which I now reside in Greene county…..I hereby declare and publish this as my last will and testament. Given under my hand and seal the 12th day of June AD 1842. A. W. Cavasg John Rawlins (Very faintly under what looks like his seal is his mark)
