WILSON, FRANCES CHARLENE (ROGERS) SCIFERS BORCHART

Mrs. Frances Charlene Wilson, 74, of White Hall died Monday evening, Aug. 2, 2004, at Boyd Memorial Hospital in Carrollton.

She was born Oct. 1, 1929, in St. Louis, the daughter of Arthur Monroe and Malvina Mae (Griffith) Rogers. She first married Fred Scifers in 1962, and he died Nov. 24, 1987. She then married Paul Borchart Jan. 15, 1990, and he died in November 1990. She later married James R. Wilson Jan. 3, 1992, and he survives.

She is also survived by a step-daughter, Eileen Hull of Manchester; three grandchildren, Julie (husband Chris) Boulanger and Clint (wife Debbie) Beams of Chapin and Jarod Beams of California; five great-grandchildren; three brothers, Art (wife Verna) Rogers of White Hall, Dewain (wife Nancy) Rogers of Springfield and George (wife Reita) Rogers of Divernon; three sisters, Mary A. (husband James) Powell of White Hall, Rita Young of Carrollton and Donna (husband John) Helenthal of Whitwell, Tenn.

Preceding her in death were a daughter, Vickie Beams; and two sisters, Doris Mae Johnson and Patricia Pollard.

Mrs. Wilson and her first husband, Fred, operated a carnival for many years and operated several restaurants through the years. She was baptized at the White Hall First Baptist Church.

Cremation rites have been accorded. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Rawlins Cemetery near Patterson.

Airsman-Hires Funeral Home in White Hall is in charge of arrangements.
