VERDICT: We the jury ________ do find that he came to his death by being thrown accidentally from his buggy against the hub of the fore wheel of the wagon of __ Chas. E. Scouby in consequence of his horse which he was driving becoming unmanageable and overturning said buggy. That said accident occurred on the morning of June 25th, 1882 about 4 miles east of Carrollton.
