VERDICT: Natural causes probably appoplexy
PERSONAL EFFECTS: none
REMARKS: Retired the night before in apparently in good health as usual, awoke and was talking to husband about 4 o'clock a.m. He went back to sleep and about 5 a.m. he rose and after dressing called her to get up. But she did not reply. He then went to shake her to rouse her but found her dead. Himself, daughter Alta & Oscar Chism were present in the house when she died.
