KILLAM CEMETERY
Macoupin County, Illinois
Killam cemetery is locted in a timbered area in Section 15, South Palmyra Township,
Macoupin County, Illinois. It is approximately 1 mile through fields west of a house
on what was the Howard Thursby farm. Part of the way to the cemetery must be walked. At one
time a road went to the cemetery from the south, but the road no longer exists.
This cemetery was laid out in 1840 by Samuel Killam.
