Born: In the year 1760 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Died: August 12, 1835 in Sangamon (now Menard) County, Illinois.
Buried: In Lebanon Cemetery, Indian Creek Precinct.
Married: Mary Crawford, August 2, 1787. She was born at Rockbridge County, Virginia. She died April 1837.
He served in the war from Pennsylvania, as private in Captain William Skiles Company, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania Militia 1782 or 1783.
Grave marked by Pierre Menard Chapter DAR, Petersburg, Illinois in the year 1937.
