Jessie W. Turner

Jesse W. Turner, Rt. 1, White hall, died 11:45 a.m. Tuesday at Passavant Hospital. He was 85 years old.

He was born in Modesto, July 19, 1888. He was preceded in death May 20, 1969, by his wife Clarabelle, whom he married Jan. 28, 1914.

Survivors include two daughters, Olive Sturdy, Rt. 3, Jacksonville, and Leota blankenbeker of Ventura, Calif., a son, Harvey, of rural Roodhouse; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Neece funeral Home in Waverly with interment to be in Bull Cemetery.
