David H. Antle Jr.
South Jacksonville - David H. Antle Jr., 67, of South Jacksonville died Tuesday, Feb. 29, 2000, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 20, 1932, in Jacksonville, the son of David and Pearl Lyons Antle. He married Eileen Rose Harwood in 1963, she preceded him in death.
Mr. Antle served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He had been employed as a sorter for the U. S. Postal Service.
Survivors: four sons, Donald Antle, of Montgomery, Ala., David Antle, of Texas, Carl Antle, of Oklahoma and Tommy (wife, Karen) of Ponder, Texas; three daughters, Donna McDonald of Louisiana, Tracy (husband, Bill) Snyder of Moab, Utah, and Tammy (husband, Bill) Berry of Algoa, Texas; 24 grandchildren; two brothers, Larry (wife, Phyllis) Antle of Springfield and Mark (wife, Mary) Antle of South Jacksonville; and a sister, Dicie (husband, Charlie) Lash, of Jacksonville.
Graveside services: 11 a.m. Friday, Sulphur Springs Cemetery near Pisgah.
Williamson Funeral Home in Jacksonville is in charge of arrangements.
