FRANKLIN - Richard Monroe Baldwin, 37, of Waverly, died Monday, June 29, 1998, in Litchfield

He was born Dec. 3, 1960, in Jacksonville, the son of James Baldwin and Betty Louise Hauenstein. He married Vicky Inman, and she survives.

He is also survived by his mother of Glenwood Springs, Colo.; two sons, Richard and Jessie; and one daughter, Sharon, all at home; one brother, Timothy Hal Bartz of Arlington, Texas; one sister, Mary Marie McCoy-Smith of The Colony, Texas; and grandparents, Richard and Marie Neal of Waverly.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Youngblood Baptist Church in Nortonville with burial at Youngblood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Neece Funeral Home in franklin and from 1 p.m. until time of services Friday. Memorials are suggested to the family.
