Gladys Rhoades

Gladys Britenstine Rhoades was born in Franklin, November 25, 1919, a daughter of Thomas Milton and Bertha White Miner.

She is survived by the following children: Thomas, Harold and Fred at home; Kenneth of Omaha, Neb.; Alice Fhallandes of Morton, Ill.; two brothers, Tommy Miner of Jacksonville and Albert Miner of Waverly; three half-brothers, Charles, Everett and Edgar Miner, all of Franklin; two half-sisters, Myrtle Conney of Springfield and Nellie McCready of Jacksonville.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Youngblood Baptist church at Nortonville, Rev. Bill Loafman officiating. Burial was in Youngblood Cemetery.
