We have no idea who these women are and why they are all posing outside the Mt. Pulaski Post Office. Note that the Post Office was in the courthouse at the time. Who is the lone man?

This picture was submitted by Donna Copeland who is a decendant of John Downing, William Copeland and Abraham Lucas among others. One of the women in the picture is a Copeland.
