IVA GRIGSBY
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Iva Grigsby deceased, held

she came to her death by a blow of a rock thrown from the hand of Wiley

that she came to her death by natural causes and from the evidence given
at inquest and other information of the coroner we believe it to be from

FRANK HERRIN
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Frank Herrin deceased,

he came to his death by accidental fall of coal & rock in No. 12 mine
of O'Gara Coal Co. on June 2nd 1913, while setting on the front end of

JOHN McKEE
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of John McKee deceased, held

he came to his death by accidentally falling from an ice wagon and being
run over by one of the wheels which passed diagonally from left hip to

LON KELLER
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Lon Keller deceased, held

AN UNKNOWN INFANT
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of an unknown infant deceased,
held at Eldorado, Ill., on the 22nd day of July 1913. We, the undersigned,
Jurors, sworn to inquire of the death of an unknown infant on oath do find
that it came to its death by unknown cause. The Foetus appears to be about
4 1/2 or 5 months was found on the Broughton road about 1 3/4 miles northwest

RAYMOND RITCHIE
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Raymond Ritchie deceased,

oath do find that he came to his death from injuries received in falling
from the Big Four freight car number 26162, the fall being caused by a

that she came to her death by causes due to a neglected case of typhoid

do find that he came to his death by being scalded by hot water from the
boiler of the Saline Co. Coal Company plant at Grayson, Ill., on the 14th

MARY ELIZABETH NOVACK

that she came to her death by being burned accidentally while playing with
matches at her home in Wasson, Ill., on the 26th day of September 1913,

HENRY EVANS
In the matter of the inquisition on the body of Henry Evans deceased, held

he came to his death by falling slate in the mines of the Wasson Coal Company
