Membership year is from January 1 through December 31. If you are paying dues after April 1st and wish to receive back issues of the current year Quarterlies and Newsletters, please add $ 5.00 for postage & handling. If you do not wish to receive back issues, there is no need to pay the surcharge.

Our Newsletters are now provided online. If, however, you still wish to have paper copies mailed to you, please add $ 10.00 for postage and handling. If you do not want paper copies, there is no need to pay the Newsletter mailed surcharge.
